Position Summary
- Responsible for all aspects of estimating including preconstruction, conceptual estimating, hard bids and value engineering.
Skills
- Plan Reading and Analysis, Multiple Master Specification Section Estimating Experience, Take-off Manual and/or Digital (On-Screen), Excel Spread Sheet, Scheduling P3 or MS Project.
Requirements
- Three (3) years successful experience in the construction industry.

PROJECT MANAGER | Locations: Indian River, St. Lucie & Palm Beach Counties
Position Summary
- Participate in project estimates, set up budgets, the construction timetable and develop the construction strategy to deliver the project on time and on budget.
- Participate in the selection of the subcontractors and workers, provide required explanations for the builders and other professionals associated with the project.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the architects, engineers and other design professionals.
- Ensures the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
- When delays or problems occur – as they always do – the Project Manager is the project’s first responder, ready to make the changes required to move the project past the issues.
- Assist Senior Management in Project personnel administration, evaluation and development.
- Organize and plan job.
- Buy-Out Project (issue Subcontracts and Blanket Purchase Orders).
- Maintain Change Request Log & Control Changes.
- Formal correspondence with Owner & Architect.
- Make or force required decisions to assure that major objectives are met.
- Assist Superintendent to attain job goals.
- Monitor cost and perform projections.
- Monitor and assist Project Engineer on material expediting.
- Maintain Project files.
- Monitor and assist Project Engineer in preparation of close-out documents.
- Monitor and assist Project Engineer with Shop Drawing approval.
- Prepare breakdowns for payment and payment requests.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT | Locations: Indian River, St. Lucie & Palm Beach Counties
Position Summary
- Oversees all activities on the construction site.
- Manage and direct subcontractors and employees to ensure that all projects develop according to plans and specifications, on time, and within budget.
- In addition inspect the quality of the work from start through completion and ensure that all workers comply with OSHA standards including Proctor Construction’s safety policies.
- Assist Project Manager as required.
- Organize & plan job with Project Manager.
- Organize, schedule & direct personnel & subcontractors.
- Review cost and progress weekly.
- Ensure testing coordination.
- Coordinate & maintain equipment.
- Field procurements.
- Create and maintain field notes & daily reports.

PROJECT ENGINEER| Locations: Indian River, St. Lucie & Palm Beach Counties
Position Summary
- Assist Superintendent & Project Manager as required.
- Receive, log, file, check & control shop drawings.
- Initiate & monitor Quality Control Program.
- Prepare Closeout Documents.
- Expedite & coordinate delivery of materials.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR | Locations: Indian River, St. Lucie & Palm Beach Counties
Position Summary
- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with project related requests.
- Assist with preparing and distributing subcontracts.
- Prepare and process all subcontractor and owner billings.
- Enter all cost and billing data into accounting system.
- Maintain all project files, physical and electronic. Assuring all files are converted to electronic format.
- Work with the Project Manager on all change management activities.
- Work to assure the jobsite management programs (Procore) and accounting system (StarBuilder) are in sync.
- Assist in setting up and preparing for project meetings.
- Distribute checks to Subcontractors and Vendors.
- Manage Notice to Owner (NTO), lien and release process.
- Manage Notice of Commencement (NOC) process.
- Manage jobsite utilities, connectivity, computer systems, cleaning service, supplies, bill payment, etc…
- Manage project closeout and warranty process with the Project Manager.
