Proctor Construction Company was founded and remains privately owned by Donald C. Proctor. Since 1976, we have established a strong record of on-time delivery and cost-effective performance. The company was founded on the belief that integrity, honesty, quality, and dedication to clients, as well as a commitment to community service, would make the company stand apart from the rest. The fundamental belief that our most important asset is our people creates the conviction that “We Don’t Just Build Buildings, We Build Relationships”.

From Humble Roots

Chairman and CEO, Donald C. Proctor, founded Proctor Construction Company with his father, Ennis H. Proctor, in 1976. Together, they built Proctor Construction Company from the ground up with a special emphasis on relationship building, honesty, and virtue. Since our humble beginnings, Proctor Construction Company has grown into one of Florida’s most respected general contractors that is capable of handling construction and renovation projects of all types, sizes, and scopes. Proctor Construction Company can manage large projects but is small enough to care.
